So I made a Speedtest, and I should have about 90mbps download-speed over LAN. But when I try to download anything on the Blizzard App (now its an Update for OW), it starts at around 1.5 MB/s but then quickly falls down through a few KB/s down to around 500 B/s and stays there until I restart the Blizzard App.
